Shipping policy

At Eastern Shore Graphics, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

• Standard Orders: All non-personalized or pre-approved personalized products will be dispatched within 5 working days of your order being placed.

• Custom Designs Sent via Email: If your order includes a personalized design that we send to you for approval via email, your item will be dispatched within 7 working days of your approval.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).

Please note:

• Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

• Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the postal service.
