Refund policy

At Eastern Shore Graphics, all of our products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, ordering errors, or any other reason unrelated to product quality.

Why? Once a product is personalized, it cannot be resold. Each item is created just for you, which is why we encourage all customers to double-check spelling, dates, and other personalization details before placing an order.

However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if there is an issue with the personalization due to our error, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund in such cases.

To report an issue, please email us at customdesigns@easternshoregraphics.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and a photo of the item if possible.
